Nicole is the friendly face behind Phoenix’s day-to-day studio operations. She responds to emails, troubleshoots concerns, organizes schedules, and works closely with Studio Director Athena to determine what requires her attention and what can be handled at the front of house. Families can always trust Nicole to manage their questions and personal information with care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
