How to Register
Registration runs through our Class Manager parent portal — here's the quick version.
Create or log in
New students create an online account in our studio software (Class Manager). Current families simply log in to your Parent Portal.
Choose your classes
New students select the classes to register for. Current students open the “Seasons” tab and choose the program to register for.
Set up payment
Finish by enrolling in auto-pay with a card on file. Tuition is due on the 2nd of each month.
Billing & payments
Tuition is billed monthly through auto-pay, one month in advance (August covers September, and so on), with your final payment in April. Direct debit is our preferred method; you can also pay by credit card in the portal, or by debit, credit, cash or cheque at the office.
Families can pay in full for the season, in lump sums, or monthly. A one-time annual admin/equipment fee secures your spot before the season starts, and late fees may apply to overdue invoices.
We're a sport — funding is welcome
Phoenix Van Isle is an approved sport for KidSport, Athletics for Kids and Jumpstart funding. If you're eligible, we're happy to apply the grants to your account — just ask.
