Phoenix Van Isle offers students the option to rent a designated bin and cubbie for storing dance-related belongings throughout the season. The rental fee is $20 per student, per season.
By signing this agreement, the student and parent/guardian agree to the following:
1. Labelling Belongings
All items stored at the studio, including dance shoes, leotards, tights, uniforms, clothing, water bottles and accessories, must be clearly labelled with the student's first and last name.
2. Assigned Cubbie
Each participating student will be assigned a cubbie number. Students must use only their assigned cubbie and may not move into, borrow or use another student's cubbie without permission.
3. Permitted Items
Students may leave dance-related belongings in their cubbie, including dance shoes, uniforms, dancewear and reusable water bottles. Food, open drinks, perishable items and hazardous or inappropriate items may not be stored in cubbies.
4. Organization and Cleanliness
Students are responsible for keeping their cubbie and belongings clean and organized. Clothing, shoes, bags and other items must not be left scattered in hallways, studios, change rooms or common areas.
5. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Items
Phoenix Van Isle is not responsible for belongings that are lost, misplaced, damaged or stolen. Valuable or sentimental items should not be left at the studio.
6. Unlabelled or Misplaced Items
All belongings must be clearly labelled and kept inside the student's assigned cubbie. Unlabelled items found around the studio will be collected and donated weekly. Phoenix Van Isle is not responsible for replacing items that are donated because they were left unlabelled or outside of an assigned cubbie.
7. Cubbie Care
Students must treat the cubbie, bin and surrounding studio property with care. Parents/guardians may be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing property that is intentionally or negligently damaged.
8. End-of-Season Removal
All belongings must be removed by the studio's announced end-of-season deadline. Items remaining after that date may be donated or discarded.
9. Cubbie Privileges
Cubbie use is a privilege. Phoenix Van Isle reserves the right to revoke this privilege if a student repeatedly leaves belongings around the studio, stores prohibited items or fails to keep their assigned space reasonably clean and organized. The seasonal rental fee will not be refunded if cubbie privileges are revoked because these rules were not followed.
By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand the Phoenix Van Isle Cubbie Agreement.
I agree to review these expectations with my student and accept responsibility for ensuring that their belongings are labelled, organized and removed at the end of the season.
