Graci Asher

Graci Asher is a passionate and accomplished dance educator who has dedicated her life to the art of dance. Growing up and training on Vancouver Island, she developed a strong technical foundation through extensive education in Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) Ballet, ISTD Modern Theatre, ISTD Tap, as well as Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, and Acrobatics. Throughout her training, Graci successfully completed numerous vocational examinations with outstanding results, consistently earning high marks while developing exceptional artistry and technical excellence.

As a competitive dancer, Graci earned many overall awards, high-score recognitions, and adjudicator accolades, becoming well known for her versatility, performance quality, and refined technique.

With seven years of teaching experience, Graci has inspired students of all ages and abilities. She is admired for her warm, encouraging teaching style while maintaining high technical standards. Her students love her positive energy, patience, and genuine investment in helping every dancer succeed. Known for her exceptional eye for detail, Graci is committed to developing strong technique, proper body alignment, artistry, and confidence in every class.

An accomplished choreographer, Graci creates engaging, innovative routines that showcase each dancer’s strengths while encouraging growth, creativity, and expressive performance. Her choreography consistently demonstrates musicality, technical precision, and artistic storytelling.

Following her competitive career, Graci continued her professional training by attending the prestigious Harbour Dance Centre Intensive Training Program in Vancouver. She then went on to perform as a member of The Source Dance Company, further refining her artistry while gaining valuable experience as a professional dancer working within the industry.

Graci is also a Certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor, holding certifications in Preschool Acro and Module One Acrobatic Arts. These internationally recognized certifications ensure her acrobatics instruction follows safe, progressive, and developmentally appropriate teaching methods.
